Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days after your order is placed and payment is received for order processing. For pre-orders, please allow an additional 7 business days or otherwise stated. All items eligible for pre-order will be noted in the product description section of the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. 

Orders placed on the weekends or on a Holiday will be processed the following open business day. Processing time includes packing your items and prepping for shipment and does not include shipping time. 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped out of LA, California. Shipping transit time is typically 5 business days, but may vary by the mail carrier. See Domestic & International below for more information.

Please note that Eleven Eleven is not responsible for orders shipping to an incorrect address due to customer error. As we are unable to update the shipping address after an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address information before completing your order. 

If you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order please contact customerservice@shopelevenelvn.com to resolve the issue.

Domestic Shipping

We offer USPS standard and express shipping to the Domestic United States. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates by shipping type are below:

International Shipping

In-Store Pickup

If you would like to pick up your online order at our Downey store rather than have it shipped, please select pickup at checkout. Orders for pickup have a processing period of 3-5 business after your order is placed and payment is received. For pre-orders, please allow an additional 7 business days. All items eligible for pre-order will be noted in the product description section of the product page. 

Once your pickup order has been processed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your order. You will have 14 days to pick up your order after your email has been sent. If 14 days have passed and your order has not been picked up, the order will be cancelled and you will be issued store credit on an e-gift card in the amount of your purchase. Please follow the directions provided in your email for a seamless store pickup experience. Please contact
